Bingo License:
The City of Vacaville requires all Bingo Organizations to apply for a Bingo License. Additional information, including the application and other forms are available in the Bingo Handbook. If you are a new BINGO organization you may also e-mail Business.LicenseMail@cityofvacaville.com for the form.
Monthly Bingo Reporting:
The City of Vacaville requires all Bingo Organizations to submit a monthly Bingo Reporting form within 30 days after the end of each month. Here is the link to the forms needed for reporting (both small and large organizations).
Small Organizations Form - for organizations awarding less that $1,500 per calendar month.
