• Click "Account" on the top left side of the screen

• Click "Contact Preferences" on the right side of the screen.

• Click the green "+New Contact Method" button on the right side of the screen to add a new phone number. 

• !!IMPORTANT!! Make sure to specify your cell carrier in the dropdown.

• Make sure all three contact preference boxes are checked for at least one contact method, Courtesy Notices, Critical Announcements, and Upcoming Events. We promise not to spam you!

City of Vacaville is implementing EMV as an added layer of payment protection!

As a part of an enhanced credit card processing security, City of Vacaville’s transaction terminals have been upgraded to accommodate EMV chip-enabled credit and debit cards for all CivicRec payment transactions.  To ensure your registration is complete, Do not close out your browser before your receipt is displayed.
