The City of Vacaville provides sewer collection and treatment services within city limits as well as to the town of Elmira. The Utilities Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant, sewer lift stations and sewer collections lines.

The City's Finance Department handles Utility Billing for both water and sewer services. To start or stop sewer service, pay your bill, or enroll in e-billing, check their webpage for online options or call them at (707) 449-5128.
