The Family Resource Center (FRC) provides a space for families to get information, learn about valuable resources, and receive assistance. The FRC is a free drop-in referral and information center for Vacaville residents. Spanish speaking services are available.
Programs Available
Basic Needs Assistance: Rental, deposit, utility, and/or food assistance. As funding permits.
Parenting Education Services:: Please call the FRC for more information.
Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, and Elder Abuse Advocacy: A family support worker (FSW) works in collaboration with Vacaville Police Department's Special Victims Unit (SVU) detectives, Adult Protective Services, and Child Protective Services. An FSW provides education, resources and referrals, assistance with temporary restraining orders, safety planning, and/or court accompaniment.
Free informational and referral services for basic needs assistance, family functioning services, housing information, recreation assistance, counseling and holiday assistance.
