    To File a Claim
    If you believe you have a valid claim against the City of Vacaville, you can obtain a claim form here or from the City Clerk’s Office located in City Hall at 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville, CA 95688. All completed claim forms MUST be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, either personally or by mail.  Claims must be presented to the City within six months of the date of incident.

    The City of Vacaville utilizes George Hills to administer claims. For questions regarding the status of an existing claim, contact your assigned Claims Adjuster at George Hills.  Your Claims Adjuster’s contact information is listed on the acknowledgement letter sent to you from George Hills. If you have questions regarding how to contact your claims adjuster, please call the City Attorney's Office at (707) 449-5105.
