    In November 2020 City Council adopted the following policies and procedures document regarding how City Council business is conducted.  The document contains hyperlinks from the table of contents to the relevant sections as well as hyperlinks throughout the document to external resources.  Since this document contains links to many external sources please notify the City Clerk if a link requires updating.  

    In addition to the official policies and procedures additional reference materials will be added to this page as needed.
