CONTRACTORS please contact the Building Division at (707) 449-5152 to register and get a password for online access. From the dropdown menu, select "Contractor" and enter the password you received. You will be prompted to create a new password with your initial log in.

Residential Rooftop Solar Permits of any KW size are available on line and a solar permit automatically includes a Main Panel change out if one is desired. However, please note that refunds are generally not available for photovoltaic solar permits issued on line.

Project plans should not be copied or printed out without first requesting permission from any design professional whose name appears on the copy.
