    Roberts' Ranch comprises 248 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Leisure Town Road (future Jepson Parkway) and Fry Road. Development was approved by Vacaville City Council on March 28, 2017. The specific plan includes 785 single-family homes, neighborhood stroller parks, a 16.5 acre public school parcel, with open space and public trails.
