About the Department
The City of Vacaville's Department of Housing Services (DHS) is responsible for the operation of programs addressing housing needs, neighborhood revitalization, family self-sufficiency and promoting affordable housing development designed to eliminate blight and improve the standard of living.
Programs include:
- Housing Services
- First Time Homebuyers Program
- Neighborhood Services
The Director of Housing Services is Emily Cantu. Department offices are located at the corner of Buck Avenue and Eldridge Street. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
