Parks and Recreation Facility Rentals

Whether you need an intimate space for a small gathering or a grand room for a large corporate event, the City of Vacaville has many locations and options to suit your needs! 

General Community Center Rental Information

  • For information on our rentals, please check out each rental site for email and phone information.
  • Tables, chairs and set-up are included in the rental rate.
  • WiFi is available at each location
  • Reservations are confirmed after deposit is made and you have received a reservation confirmation.
  • All applications are tentative until a reservation permit is issued.
  • Facility staff is available by appointment to tour any of the sites and answer questions.
  • Special Event Insurance is required for all rentals. Receive a quote easily by using our preferred insurance carrier, CJPEventInsuraceNow (link)

The City of Vacaville does not have a preferred vendors list but can provide list of vendors that have been used in the past.
