A first introduction for the young child to the joy of playing piano; class provides a balance between the discipline for playing piano and the enjoyment of music-making. Includes age-appropriate musical notation, improvisation, ear training and the mechanics of piano technique.

Kids and Teens Piano
Want to learn to play piano or keyboard? Here is your chance to learn to play any style of music. Lessons for beginners focus on piano basics; learning to read notes, read rhythms, play basic chords and other tools essential to play any style of music. Intermediate lessons will progress students to the next level. Students may attend this class in-person or virtually through Zoom. Students will be required to purchase the class book online before class.

Guitar Stars
Join this beginning guitar class and get hooked on guitar! This class covers the basics of guitar playing, exposing students to their first songs, chords, and the basics of notation and rhythm. Students learn to play a wide variety of cool tunes from folk, rock, pop, and world music.

Ukulele Stars
Learn the basics of the ukulele through fun, silly, and crazy songs. The ukulele is fun and easy to master. Play the most common ukulele chords and a fun variety of strum patterns to accompany these songs and learn to read

Strings-R-Fun
Great way to start playing violin! Class will focus on the basics of position, sound production, bowing, and music fundamentals etc. Explore special musical and technical skills, including sight-reading, fingerings, bowings and bow use, shifting, vibrato, and practice techniques.

Private Music Lessons
Learn to play a piano, guitar, ukulele, or string instrument in private lesson setting that allows the teacher to focus on the student’s individual needs. Lessons include technique, note reading, rhythms, and preparation for performing. Student may also register for individual tutoring in music theory and composition.
