Preferred Land Use Concept (February 2020)
This document establishes the preferred land use framework for the DTSP. The outcome of this product was an iterative process, informed by conversations and work sessions between City staff and the project team over the course of several months in 2019. A public process that included meetings with a Citizen Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Committee and outreach events with the community, focus groups and Vacaville High School also provided critical information to shape the plan.
Priority Development Area Profile (September 2019)
The PDA Profile provides an overview of the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the Downtown area, transit/travel patterns and use, physical aspects of the Planning Area, as well as any known issues that was considered and/or addressed during the preparation of the DTSP.
