    Parking Analysis and Policy Strategy (November 2020)

    The purpose of this report is to provide recommendations for parking policy and management to be included in the Downtown Vacaville Specific Plan. The report builds off of the parking review and analysis summarized in the Downtown Connectivity and Streetscape Design Plan Existing Conditions document, and the public outreach conducted with stakeholders and business owners from Downtown Vacaville. Please note:  The parking study identified in this document can be found in the Connectivity and Streetscape Design Plan Existing Conditions document (September 2019).

    Downtown Connectivity and Streetscape Design Plan (Adopted February 2020)

    Adopted by the City Council in February 2020, this document identifies ways to improve the physical design of the Downtown pedestrian environment, and the connections within and to Downtown Vacaville for people walking, bicycling, taking transit or driving a car.

    The existing conditions document provides an overview of the physical conditions related to potential changes to the public right-of-way that would expand the walkability, bike access, and vitality of the streetscape. This document is primarily visual in nature, illustrating important urban design and streetscape conditions that will influence.

    Farmer's Market and Pavilion Analysis (April 2020)

    This document evaluates the economic impact of constructing a permanent farmers market structure in Downtown, provides a rough cost estimate for a permanent structure, and identifies  potential sources of funding for a permanent structure.
