On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, the City of Vacaville City Council approved an Environmental Assessment and Planned Development request to construct 236 multi-family apartments units on a vacant 9.91-acre site located at the northwest corner of Leisure Town Road and Redstone Parkway (APNs 0137-030-060). The site plan includes 84 townhome style apartment units and 152 traditional apartment style units distributed among 14 three-story buildings with an 8,500 sq. ft. club house and swimming pool, and 35,600 sq. ft. of common open space. The site plan provides 402 on-site parking spaces with primary access on Leisure Town Road and secondary access adjoining Burgundy Street. The building architecture reflects a farmhouse design theme with horizontal and vertical siding, frame accents, and shingle metal roofing. You can view the approval documents below:
